Female Intensive Training Classes take place during term time on Mondays 10am to 11am and Wednesdays 5.45pm to 6.45pm.
They are small group sessions (8 maximum) so as much attention can be given to each person as possible. We focus on a ‘less is more’ approach working deep core muscles and developing our own natural corsets! After all strong is the new skinny!
Classes take place in the small yoga studio with its own entrance at the far end of the Drill Hall in Cheadle. There is plenty of parking outside. All you need is comfortable clothing (lycra not obligatory!!) and trainers. Most of the sessions are barefoot but it is good to have the option.
Each block of sessions are pre-booked and paid in advance. The current sessions are running from week commencing 11th April 2016 to week commencing (and including) 23rd May 2016. The cost is £70 for the block of 7 sessions. This half term will be working on core stability bodyweight exercises with posture poles and small pilates balls. Previously we have worked with large stability balls, resistance bands, and sliders. Expect the unexpected so you can challenge yourself.
Each class is designed to be challenging but also friendly and encouraging. Everyone works at their own pace and can focus on their own personal achievements. It is vital that exercise should be fun if it is to be a regular part of your life. The exercises are innovative and never dull – you are unlikely to find this combination of exercises anywhere else.
If you would like to join a class or you are a group of 4 or more friends who would like me to tailor a personal class for you in the Yoga Studio please contact Paula on 07957 188184 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
